1. DIGITAL PRODUCT & NO-REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, including but not limited to custom GoHighLevel snapshots, pre-built automated workflows, funnel templates, and immediate access to the training vault, all sales are final. Once access is granted, login credentials issued, or software assets are shared into your account, operates a strict no-refund policy. By completing your purchase and checking the mandatory agreement box at checkout, you explicitly acknowledge this policy and waive any right to a refund, chargeback dispute, or cancellation cooling-off period under local and international consumer laws.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE CORNERSTONES

All training videos, text guides, workflows, custom snapshots, code, and branding elements provided within our portal remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Corporate Trustee for the Family Trust operating . Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to implement these assets within your independent business. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, reverse-engineering, de-branding, or independently reselling our snapshots or training materials to third parties. Any unauthorized distribution will result in immediate termination of your access without notice and legal action for intellectual property infringement.

3. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW & INCOME DISCLAIMER

Our services and software are provided with the necessary guarantees required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding specific personal or business income outcomes, revenue targets, or traffic numbers. Any success stories, revenue examples, or performance screenshots displayed on our marketing materials are for illustrative and educational purposes only. Individual results vary drastically and depend entirely on independent business execution, market conditions, skill, and effort. No content provided within our portal or community constitutes formal financial or legal advice under Australian law.

4. SYSTEM ACCESS & DISPUTE EVIDENCE LOGGING

To protect the integrity of our digital delivery, our systems automatically track and archive digital fingerprints for every single transaction. This includes tracking the exact timestamp of your checkout checkbox agreement, your network IP address at the moment of purchase, and automated audit logs showing when your user profile first accessed the training portal or initialized the snapshot transfer. In the event of a fraudulent or dishonest bank chargeback attempt, this verified audit log will be exported straight to Stripe and your financial institution as binding evidence of product delivery.

5. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the training vault and any associated private community groups, without refund, if you are found to be violating these terms, harassing other members, or attempting to compromise our intellectual property.
